The rooms are amazing
The reception lacks experience the Mosquitos were every were I coudent stay longer nobody was there exept us and that was straing something was wrong with that hotel

welcome drink (fresh tamarila juice). this is small hotel for those who want leave in quiet place
there a lot of small shortcomings we meet. 1) there was no wi/fi promised but they fixed it after our strong demand, 2) the rooms are not isolated so mosquitoes will enter ot and bite you, 3) brekfast and dining is poor, 4) they advertized with free transfer to airport but refuse to give it and to get it was very hard. 5) there are a lot of place in the room but no one for working table so i was forced to use laptop in the bed

The space in the villas and the overall location with a view of the volcano and lake
The resort is a combination of campsite and conference facility with some villas added on...the restaurant was poor, the place was plagued by flies and the standards of maintenance were very poor. Clearly a great deal of money had been invested to set up the villas but they are falling into disrepair as are any of the buildings and properties nearby...one night for us was enough!
